Steven Krantz has a book manuscript posted on the arXiv called, "A Primer of Mathematical Writing". It has a slightly pretentious subtitle, "Being a Disquisition on Having Your Ideas Recorded, Typeset, Published & Appreciated". (If you do not know what the arXiv is, google it!) Thumb through the Table of Contents, pick a chapter of the book that interests you, and read some (or all) of it. Then write a 2 to 3 paragraph summary/review of your selection.
